WHAT IS STRUCTURAL STEEL?

Structural steel are steel products used specifically for making construction materials, produced with a specific cross-section which makes the steel extremely durable and strong.

Steel products are fabricated in a variety of shapes to suit different build projects including, but not limited to:

  • PFC (Parallel Flange Channel)
  • Universal column
  • Circular hollow section
  • Square hollow section
  • Angle (unequal angle/equal angle)
  • Flat bar

These can be used to create structures such as:

  • Goal post
  • Box frame
  • Portal frame
  • Crank (often used for loft conversions)
  • Crossbeam

Our in-house draftsmen can fabricate structural steel to suit your specific build requirements.
